About Model Y

Tesla's 2021 Model Y is an electric small SUV that fits below the bigger Model X in the company's portfolio. It shares several design elements with the Model 3 sedan, both inside and out. However, the Model Y provides more room for rear passengers and cargo than the Model 3. The 2021 Model Y also offers an optional third row of seats, but due to the rear window glass protruding into the headspace, it's only suitable for small children.
