About e-up!
With the increasing availability of electric vehicles in the market, there will be a wider selection of cars that can cater to diverse driving patterns. The Volkswagen e-up! is specifically designed for city driving, and its new model boasts an official electric range of 159 miles, which we found to be more than sufficient for a week of city driving with a real-life range of 179 miles. Not only is it more enjoyable for the driver to operate within city limits compared to a gasoline-powered vehicle, but it's also better for air quality as it emits no pollution. While some may argue that the e-up! is relatively expensive due to its limited range, when considering the fuel savings and the option of paying monthly for the EV, it is likely to be less expensive than a gasoline vehicle.
