About e-Golf

The e-Golf closely resembles the standard Mk7 Golf, with the primary difference being the placement of a synchronous electric motor in the engine bay. This motor is responsible for providing 134bhp and up to 199lb ft of torque solely to the front wheels. The vehicle's redesigned LED headlights, unique alloy wheels, closed-off grille, and distinct front bumper are the only noticeable differences. Much like the regular Golf, the e-Golf offers a comfortable and spacious interior. The driver has plenty of room to adjust the steering wheel and seat to their liking, while the rear passengers are also well catered to. However, due to the batteries, the trunk is slightly smaller. Nevertheless, it can still hold a couple of large suitcases, which is an improvement compared to the BMW i3.
